Kyushu Nature Living organizes community-based meetup and experience events in Fukuoka and throughout Kyushu, focusing on nature, seasonal activities, and local culture.

Our events are designed as small-group social and experience gatherings, where participants join voluntarily to enjoy shared activities and local exploration together. Participation fees collected are event coordination and operational fees, covering planning, reservations, group coordination, and on-site support.

Kyushu Nature Living may assist with coordinating schedules, recommending transportation options, arranging accommodations, or organizing activities for group convenience. All third-party services such as transportation, accommodation, and activity providers operate independently.

Participation in events is at the participant’s own responsibility. Participants are responsible for their own health condition, personal belongings, and behavior during the event.

Kyushu Nature Living is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, damage, delays, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation issues, third-party services, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Travel or activity insurance is not included unless explicitly stated. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance as needed.

Events may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to safety concerns, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the cancellation policy stated for each event.
